Great location in the 5th Settlement in New Cairo. Very close to restaurants and big malls. You'll need a car though to go anywhere. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean. The apartment is cozy, clean, and functional.

Spacious room, clean, pantry has all what you need, good wifi and hotwater. located in quite area. there is close shopping square (Patio mall) that is 11min walking which has big supermarket and some good cafes & restaurants. also there is another square (called sQuare) that has lots of big restaurants and cafes. within 10mins or less you can take uber to close luxiourious malls like cairo festival city center, downtown Katameya and 5A by the waterway which all a must visit. airport is with 25min. the neighborhood is safe, nice and quite and there nice garden next to it. waiting time for Careem or Uber between 1-5 minutes (2min average from our experience). the owners are nice and we had overall pleasant experience. recomended for small families that want to spend time in new cairo
